As discussed, agreed and voted upon at the June General Member meeting, we are setting up the batting cage demonstration at PVRA behind the bleachers to explore a potential rental agreement with a baseball club of a small space for batting practice.

 Unfortunately, Nick Carmichael, the owner of “Crush,” https://www.sandiegocrushbaseball.com/catching, is unable to join us on Tuesday, July 1, at the next Member meeting, due to Crush team travel commitments out of state.  He leaves for team travel at the end of this coming week, so we will set up the demo for Thursday, June 19, starting at approximately 6:15pm.  We will keep it running for about 30 minutes.

Please note:  We will run another demo at a later date.  There’s no one date that would accommodate all the people who have expressed strong feelings on this issue.  So we are starting the scheduling now and will work through more dates as needed.
