The PVRA fun show is designed to offer some real fun!! All levels of horses and riders are welcome. Come out and try a new class or just have fun! We will have games, open show classes as well as some ranch riding. Been wanting to try ranch riding? This is the perfect place to try it out! Horses can show in all categories.
No grounds fee for this show!

Game Class Descriptions
Laundry Race - Each rider gets a bag with 4 items of clothing. They walk or trot to the end of the arena, dismount and put on one of the items (they choose) and hang up the other three items on the clothesline. Remount and either ride or lead their horse back to the finish line. This is a timed class There will be someone there to hold their horses and a mounting block or assistance to remount!
Single Barrel Gnome Pick Up - Each rider walks or trots to the barrel at the other end of the arena. They must do a complete circle around the barrel then pick up the gnome from the top of the barrel and get back to the finish line. This is a timed class
Goblin Goblet - All riders enter the arena holding a cup filled with water. The announcer will announce various directions they must follow such as trot, walk, stop, back, etc. The rider with the most water left in their cup at the end is the winner.
Spoon and Egg Challenge - This is an in-hand class where riders lead their horses. Each rider received a spoon with an egg sitting in it. They must get to the barrel at the other end, make a circle around the barrel and return without dropping the egg! Winner will be determined based on this scoring formula.
30 Points - No Drops - Fastest Time
10 Points - 1 Drop - Fastest Time
0 Points - 2 or more drops - Fastest Time
Musical Pumpins - All riders enter the arena. Pumpkins will be lined up in the middle of the arena. There will be one less pumpkin than number of riders. When the music stops riders must get to a pumpkin and stop in front of it. The rider who does not have a pumpkin is elimiated. One pumpkin is removed each round until we have a winner.
